Welcome to Intentional Steps. I’m Rayjaun, and I know exactly what its like to feel uncomfortable in your own body. Years ago, I was thin, out-of-shape, and struggling with a negative body image. It wasn't until a six-month recovery from a Krav Maga injury that I discovered the power of Corrective Exercise and Mindfulness. That period of stillness taught me how to be adaptable—and now, I use those lessons to help you. As an ISSA Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Health Coach, I provide a safe, empathetic, and pressure-free environment for older adults to reclaim their strength and balance.

Welcome to Intentional Steps Fitness, an exclusive training experience created by Rayjaun Pollard. As an ISSA Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, I provide a safe, empathetic space for older adults to reclaim their strength and balance.

Whether you are working with me in person at the YMCA or using my digital tools, my goal is to provide movements that are safe for your hips, lower back, and knees. We focus on building confidence through tested methods and a supportive community.

Tier 1 - Basic Steps Fitness Program

Basic Steps gives you simple, beginner‑friendly workouts, an easy‑to‑use app, and supportive community access. Clear videos and gentle guidance help you build strength and confidence at your own pace.

Tier 2: Guided Steps

Guided Steps gives you structure, support, & steady accountability. With bi‑weekly check‑ins, email access,& a clear weekly schedule, you stay consistent and confident as you build healthier habits.

Tier 3: Custom Steps

Custom Steps delivers a fully personalized program built around your goals, limitations, and lifestyle. With weekly check‑ins & tailored guidance, and focused support for steady, meaningful progress.
